TimeTec Security Panel List (TSPL) Program is a program created with the objective to gather an exclusive list of quality security companies to be featured as preferred security companies within TimeTec’s vast customer network.

TimeTec has been known as a leading developer and provider of biometric security, smart cloud-based system for workforce and security, as well as smart community system provider nationwide. Since its inception in the year 2000, the company has built trusted brands to a large network of clients and resellers in Malaysia. For i-Neighbour alone, our teams have had countless interactions with the residents and the management, and it is apparent that more than 80% of them are not satisfied with the guarding services received from the security companies.

While the arguments could be misleading or not necessarily on point, there is no way to prove them otherwise. TimeTec Patrol is also an interactive system where the guard can report incident immediately complete with visual proofs, press on the panic button during emergencies, and many more.

The aim of this program is to provide confidence amongst our corporate clients and residents of neighbourhood on their security services and for the security companies to get paid properly for their excellent service. Hence, TimeTec Security Panel List (TSPL) Program is a win-win solution for both involved parties.
