View TimeTec Patrol Schedules On-The-Go

TimeTec Patrol is getting more mobile than ever, as we’ve recently updated the App to include the feature: Patrol Schedules. Previously, this feature can only be accessed from the Web Portal of TimeTec Patrol but as of now, security supervisors can easily view the schedule of a patrol right from their smartphone.

To access this latest enhancement, supervisors can proceed to TimeTec Patrol App > Menu > Patrol Schedules.
 
In here, supervisors can view any scheduled patrols that will be taking place by selecting on the location and time. In doing so, the supervisors can also take into account as to which guards will be on duty for that particular day. This is crucial for most security companies due to the fact that occasionally, guards will happen to be on leave thus the supervisors can correspondingly rectify the issue by assigning another patrol guard.
