| In June, we added a new ‘Checkpoint Frequency Report’ to the system. This report summarises the checkpoint scans (frequency) and the incidents reported by the guards for each specific checkpoint within the selected date range. The information included, such as the total scanned, the total missed, and the total incident reported, may help Admins identify or analyze issues at specific locations/checkpoints only. If necessary, you can also choose to include the scan details. Please refer to the sample screenshots below for more information: a. Report > Checkpoint Frequency Report |
