| Added “Nepali” Language |
| To improve usability, we’ve just added a new option for "Nepali" on the list of languages. This option is also made available for users in TimeTec Patrol’s mobile app. | |||

| New type of Next Action for Checkpoint Scan- ‘Prompt Guards for Remarks’ |
| Within Locations & Checkpoints module, there is an option for ‘Type of Next Action’ which allows you to configure the action required for any particular checkpoint scan. Based on this setting (you can also select No action), guards will then receive relevant prompts for their further action every time they scan the checkpoints.
We’ve just added a new option here called ‘Prompt Guards for Remarks’ to provide more flexibility to users. If you choose this, guards will be prompted in mobile app to input their remarks and the details will subsequently be shown in Monitoring (both Live Feed and Patrol Records), Patrol Data Audit List and Report (Patrol Record). | As mentioned in the notes above, the ‘Type of Next Action’ allows Admin to configure the action required following checkpoint scans. Choices available include No action, Display a message, Check and report incident and several more. To provide details of that in Report > Patrol Record, we’ve added an option to ‘Include Guard’s Action Details. Please refer to the sample screenshots below for further details: | |||
